The Year that Was: 2021-2022

1.The team comprising of Siddhant Shetye, Vasudev Salkar           and              Savni Prabhudessai (Researcher) participated at the GIL’s Justice Dipak Misra National Moot Court Competition 2022, Panipat from 12th to 13th March 2022 and were adjudged Winners of the said competition.

 

 


 2.           The team comprising of Jonathan Correia, Riddhi Moghe and Ishan Kenkre participated   at   the   R.L.   Law   College,   Belagavi,   National   Moot   Court Competition from 11th to 13th March 2022 and qualified to be Semi Finalists at the said competition.

 

3.           The team comprising of Vedang Naik, Vaishnavi S and Sachin Panicker participated at the 9th Mahamaya Malaviya National Moot Court Competition from 1st to 3rd April 2022 and were adjudged Semi Finalists at the said competition.

 

4.           The team comprising of Simran Khadilkar, Rizzeria Pacheco and Chelsea Travasso participated at the IVth Surana and Surana Ramaihah College of Law National Tort Moot Court Competition from 22nd to 24th April 2022 and won the “Spirit of Surana” Award at the said competition. Further, Simran Khadilkar was adjudged “Second Best Student Advocate” at the competition.

 

5.           The team comprising of Sachin S Panicker and Saee Bhate participated at the GNLC 2nd All  India  Moot Court Competition organized by Government New Law College Indore, Madhya Pradesh from 14th to 15th May 2022, where Sachin S Panicker won     the        “Best     Researcher Award”.

 

 


  6.           The team from V.M. Salgaocar College of Law, Miramar, finished 2nd as Runner Ups at the Crisis Control International Competition 2022, organised by G.R. Kare College of Law, Margao on the 11th and 12th of March 2022 in the virtual mode. The team consisted of Sherwyn Correia, Guruprasad Naik and Sachin Panicker. The team was coached by Dr. Aamod Shirali.
